Radical Agenda EP121 – Discrimination

Discrimination is back in the news. Apparently, repealing a law that forces people to do business with people they would prefer not to associate with is the new tyranny. A lawsuit pends in North Carolina, where local anti-discrimination ordinances were blocked at the state level. Two females who like to pretend they are men are suing because they think not being allowed into the men’s locker room and toilet would cause them to suffer “disfavored treatment.”

Somebody should inform these mental patients that they could suffer some pretty severe “disfavored treatment” in the men’s locker room as well.

In Georgia, Governor Nathan Deal on Monday said he will veto legislation shielding opponents of same-sex marriage, after a groundswell of opposition from companies threatening to boycott the state if it became law. Because apparently homosexuals are now a bigger market than Christians, Jews, Muslims, and atheists with some regard for culture.

The fun part of all this, and perhaps “fun” isn’t the right word, but we’ve got to find a way to laugh about this stuff if we’re not going to lose our minds, is the ridiculous idea that “discrimination” is in and of itself a bad thing. People often don’t even feel the need to mention what they are saying shouldn’t be discriminated against, saying “discrimination” is all one needs to do nowadays to take the apparent high road.

But discrimination is a part of our everyday lives, we literally couldn’t accomplish anything without discrimination. Without discrimination, there could be no prices, no economy. You discriminate against the worms in the dirt outside your home and go to the supermarket to buy tastier meat. Monogamous people discriminate against the entire population save for one single solitary sexual partner.

And of course, when companies who favor the gays start calling for boycotts, their complaints about discrimination are difficult to take seriously. PayPal, Dow Chemical, the NBA, the NCAA, Google and other businesses are voicing opposition in both North Carolina and Georgia. The Mayor of San Francisco barred government employees from travelling to North Carolina. That’s awful discriminatory, and often so against religious groups. Yet these same people will often tell us Donald Trump is a racist for discriminating against Muslims, who last I checked were not big fans of transgenderism.

Facebook and Twitter have gone completely censor happy, discriminating against certain political views. You won’t hear leftists complaining about discrimination there, because it favors their political goals, but try to imagine if Donald Trump bought Twitter, and decided to ban Muslims. We sure would hear about discrimination then.

These people are lying vermin. They don’t care about “discrimination” they simply want to push their agenda on everyone and imprison those who disagree with them. This is not about freedom or bigotry or tolerance, it’s about power.
